Where we ship
As we build Golf Garter, we’re shipping within Canada and the US. We’re aiming for international shipping ASAP. If you’re in another country, we hope you’ll be a #golfgartergirl real soon!
Order processing
- We want you to get your orders fast. For Golf Garters and ball markers, we process orders within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Apparel items are made to order. That process usually takes up to 1 week.
- Shipping to cities is generally faster than shipping to rural areas.
- When your order is successfully received, you’ll get an email confirmation with the details. Check your spam filter if you don’t get one.Â
- If you need any help with your order email us. We can’t make changes to orders after they ship.Â
- Please review carefully to make sure you’ve entered the correct address. We can’t be responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll refund the order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you place a new one.Â
- We’re not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
